No appointment needed for X-ray; you will need to bring a requisition for an exam.

Parking:
Free parking is available in the lot on the corner of 206th and Douglas Crescent. Street parking is also available along Douglas Crescent.

Requisition form
BC Services Card or Care Card
(Personal Health Number Card - PHN)

For the safety of your children please arrange to leave them at home, or bring someone to watch them in the waiting room

Please note:

We can only provide the exam(s) as indicated on your requisition form
Your results will be sent to your doctor
Exams requested by your doctor are covered by MSP
